description
The urban block consists of six street-lined small depth six floor blocks (less than 12 metres) forming two u- shaped three block complexes each enclosing an inner courtyard. A pedestrian tree-lined pathway that gives access to two rows of semi-detached houses separates both complexes.
Each urban semi-block includes a slightly buried parking which roof offers a raised terrace for the duplex in the first floor of the blocks, which besides the raised semi detached houses court, offers a stepped section that leaves no roofs unused, thus guaranteeing their cleanness and maintenance.
South and north blocks are asymmetrical, with the living rooms facing south. In each of the east- west four blocks, living rooms face the streets while the south-sloped semi-detached houses roofs improve the sunstroke and offer a wider typological variety.
